This page explains our general approach to refunds and cancellations for Services purchased through brazilsafeclosing.com, including CPF Assist, Title Record Snapshot, and Non-Resident Bank Assist.

This policy is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service. We provide administrative and informational services only and do not guarantee third-party outcomes or timelines (for example, authority processing or bank approval decisions).

1. Key principle

Refund eligibility depends on the specific Service, the stage of work, and whether third-party costs have already been incurred. Many Services require time-sensitive review, document handling, and coordination steps. For these reasons, full refunds are not always available after work begins.

2. Before work begins

If you request cancellation before we start work on your order, we will generally approve a full refund of our service fee, unless non-refundable third-party costs have already been incurred (for example, payment processor fees or external vendor fees).

3. After work begins

If work has started, refunds may be partial or not available, depending on progress and deliverables. Examples:

  • CPF Assist: if we have already reviewed documents, prepared forms/checklists, or provided administrative processing steps, refunds may be partial or not available.
  • Title Record Snapshot: if the snapshot/report has been delivered, refunds are generally not available (except where required by applicable law). If cancellation occurs before delivery and work has started, a partial refund may apply.
  • Non-Resident Bank Assist: if an onboarding package has been prepared and/or submitted to a partner bank, refunds may be partial or not available due to time spent and administrative processing.

Important: we cannot refund or reverse third-party decisions, approvals, denials, or delays. Outcomes and timelines depend on third parties and your documentation.

4. Third-party fees and pass-through costs

Some transactions may involve third-party costs (for example, bank fees, registry/cartório fees, courier charges, notarization/apostille, translation vendors, and FX/wire fees). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, third-party fees are not refundable because they are controlled by third parties.

5. Money-back guarantees (if offered)

If we advertise a money-back guarantee for a particular Service, the specific conditions will be shown in that Service flow, checkout page, or service-specific terms. Those conditions control for that offer.

6. Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe there is an error or issue with billing, please contact support first so we can review your order and attempt to resolve it. If a chargeback is filed, we may pause related work until the dispute is resolved, and we may provide documentation to the payment processor consistent with our Terms of Service.

7. How to request a cancellation or refund

To request a cancellation or refund, contact support and include:

  • Your full name and the email used for the order
  • Order number (or receipt reference)
  • The Service purchased (CPF Assist, Title Record Snapshot, or Non-Resident Bank Assist)
  • A brief reason for the request

8. Refund timing and method

If approved, refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider and your bank. Currency conversion differences, payment processor fees, and intermediary bank fees (if any) may affect the final amount you receive.
